Sort of; Apple’s Java release has a really buggy MIDI synthesizer that chokes up every now and then. I’ve been told this is a Lion-only problem.
Besides, Mac users hardly ever have a recent version of Java installed, and since getting users to install Java is a hopeless affair, it doesn’t really matter that AlphaTab (mostly) works on Mac.
Just a follow up that this update is now slightly outdated. I’ve managed to get more reliable OSX through a JNI library. AlphaTab doesn’t crash on Macs now.
